I am a results orientated person whether that is in my personal life participating in 1000km+ endurance cycling events or transforming organisations performance.
I have lived and worked internationally including amongst others, Switzerland, Denmark,Norway, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Singapore, Hong Kong, Montreal and the USA.
I enjoy working for purpose led organisations, where technology can enable step-change in an organisation whether that be new markets, growth, efficiency, or risk reduction. I have expertise in integration, carve-out, private equity, and outsourcing.
I am passionate about developing teams and enabling individuals to maximise their potential and have had the privilege to work with a number of exceptional coaches in my career, who have helped hone my leadership skills.
I am currently interested in several subjects:
New hybrid working models and organisations build on Covid-19 as a catalyst for change. I particularly like “work is what we do, not where we do it”, and for organisations this is already part of the employee value proposition and critical to attracting future talent.
Technology enablement of improved consumer outcomes – the digitisation of customer journeys and adoption of delivery methods such as DevOps and Agile to help organisations accelerate pace of change.
New fintech organisations and capabilities, and their potential to transfer consumer experience in financial services, particularly Open Banking, organisations such as Dashly, Knowledge Bank, and Meet Parker in the mortgage space, as well as wider capabilities for identity management, AML, and payments innovation.
